Flavored Salt

What is so good about flavored salt? If the word gourmet isn’t enough to get your taste buds wanting some, then the fact that it is authentic sea salt from many of the best places in the world should. The Himalayas and the Dead Sea are among the famous places that Saltworks brings us their fusions from.

Flavored Salt

The fact that I’m Jamaican makes it obvious that I love to cook well-seasoned food. Flavored salt can only add to my favorite dishes–imagine Jerk chicken that is seasoned with natural Thai ginger- or Habanero Pepper-flavored salt. Delicious. And it doesn’t require you to have these seasonings and fumble through a million bottles. The salt is already flavored for you and comes in really cute jars.

The salt can even be ordered in different sizes. If you want more than the jar pictured above, then there are several bags of salt to choose from. The bags of salt range from 5lbs to a super bag which is 2200lbs. There are five grades ranging from fine to extra course. I, of course, would choose the fine salt because I already know how many pinches of salt I need for my dishes.

Biology Doom In An Hour

I am about to take a horrid Biology test. I am not happy. I have been studying, but it is way too much information. We’re learning about all the different classes in the different phyla in the different kingdoms, and I have to say that I don’t find this stuff too interesting. High school kids…be glad that you have many tests to spread out the information. We learn all this stuff in two weeks and then have to take a test on all the material. I miss high school.

So in writing this, I’m actually avoiding the huge stack of papers that I use to “study.” For the previous tests, I’ve managed to use about 3 sheets to study, but for this test I have to use a whopping 18. Yes, I need all of those pages. And no, it isn’t written in a huge font (I do have to pay for printing until I get my printer fixed…).

After writing that last sentence (the part in the parentheses), I realized that I have a knack for breaking things. Maybe I should enroll in a technical program to knock down buildings. It’s a good thought…
