I got some studying in today for Biology and then I visited one of my friends who lives a half-hour away. I lent her some cute clothes because she’s going to Spring Bling in Riviera Beach…she has to look fly! I wish I could go, but as usual school gets in the way. I have a test on Friday/Saturday, one on Monday, and then one on or about April 9th. I’m tired of tests already!
My piercing is having its ups and downs. I ripped piece of the skin and I guess I was developing some sort of scarring. Whether its a keloid or hypertrophic I don’t really know…but it says that people of “darker complexions” are more likely to develop keloids. It was really small when I ran to Hot Topic and bought H2Ocean spray instead of waiting for the three cans that I ordered online at Body Candy. I can’t risk getting any kind of ugly scars, LOL. I’ll have to take that back if it still develops.
The spray seems to be doing some good, but it has not been the miracle worker that everyone made it out to be. I do notice a substantial reduction in swelling, but as far as the little scar thingy being gone by the next morning…no luck. I would much rather that to be gone than the swelling because I could have taken care of the swelling with ice. I just can’t wait for it to heal already because I love to play with it and I’m having a hard time with the LITHA method (leave it the h*ll alone). Two of my friends said theirs took one month to heal and one said nine months. I’ll probably give up after 3 or 4 months if it’s not healed yet.

the healing process is somewhat long if its 9mos. hope it’ll be ok sooner.

the only piercing that I have is in my ears. And mom was the one who had it pierced when I was one years old.

I had my ears pierced well into my teens, I had always hoped that my mom would have gotten it done when I was younger but alas she didn’t. I remember it hurt like a mother! Hope you heal soon.

Are you talking about your belly button? My friend’s took forever to heal gah! Mine I can’t remember how long but it wasn’t long.
I hate how college ruins social lives. I’m bitter.
