Life’s Like That…

I studied on Tuesday with Anna and my sister. We were in one of the private study rooms at Nova. My sister ended up falling asleep, I nearly fell asleep, and Anna talked on the phone. We’re all pretty bad at studying. Even after minimizing as many distractors as possible. On Wednesday we actually got plenty of work done. Our Bio teacher gives us review sheets, and I finished 1 out of 2 1/2 pages!

I did a TFCD shoot on Thursday. The guy was kind of perverted. He equates sexy with “titties hanging out.” And I said, “No!” He wanted me to take pictures with just a jacket covering my nipples. Senor es muy tonto! I would freak out and so would my mom if I do that. Imagine years down the line when I’m a pediatrician…some kid tells their mom that they saw their doctor naked online. Ha! That would be sooo hilarious! It would be embarrassing on my end, though. I’m sure of it!

So, it looks like I will be taking time off of school. I’m indebted to the school by a gazillion dollars and it will take me a good while to work that off. That probably means I’ll lose my scholarship, so I’ll probably end up transferring to a different school. As of yesterday they placed a hold on my account for an excessive balance, along with a nice $50 late fee.

I got a babysitting job for evenings for the next two weeks, so that’s something to look forward to. Also, spring break is coming up! I really need a break from school to just relax.

I’m Sure Glad That’s Over With!

I ended up falling asleep about 3:30AM on Friday. I think I did OK on the test; I should have studied more, though, because there were some things that I drew absolute blanks on. I took the math test, too, but I don’t really know how I did. Even though it’s online and multiple choice, our teacher is going to hand-grade them (weird…), so we won’t have any results until Monday. That’s probably when we’ll have our Biology test results, too.

To destress after taking so many tests, we went to Rumbass International Nightclub. I didn’t bring my ID with me (I didn’t drive to the club and my ID was in my car), so we had to bribe the bouncer with $$ so I could get in. A big waste of $40. We had plenty of fun, though. I always have fun with the girls from school, but I hardly ever go out with them. =( The last time was in late 2006, I believe. The beginning of Freshman year. Those were the days…before I was broke, lol.

I’m still doing background updates. Once everything is the way I want it to be with this theme, I’ll attempt to make my own. Or at least edit this one & add a graphic. I really love the color scheme.

First Biology Test Of The Year Equals Pull An All-Nighter

My head is aching, my back is sore, my brain is tired of trying to memorize words that end with mycota (Fungi) and everything that has to do with them, and I’m not going to take a break. I’m going to study the whole night through because I want to get a good grade, and then hopefully I’ll plan better before the next test. Actually, I have no problem planning at all, so hopefully I’ll follow through with my plans.

I’m on AIM with the wonderful Anna from school. We’re helping each other survive the night, as well as quizzing each other from time to time to make sure that something is sticking. She’s one of the original NSU girls of Lesly’s Luscious Ladies, our silly and fun group from Orientation. That was in 2006! I can’t believe I’m nearly done with my second year of college–And I’m still a Pre-med major…amazing!

If anyone is still awake and viewing this, please pray for me and wish me luck! I have faith that with a little prayer from you and a little from myself, God will see me through. Or at least keep me awake and sane enough to study more and complete the test without feeling drowsy.
