Here are a few programs that I recommend:
Mozilla Firefox
Mozilla Firefox is my favorite browser. While it has many similarities to Internet Explorer, it’s more secure. I hardly ever have problems with the window freezing and closing, and on the rare occasion that I do, when I reopen it the tabs that I was using come right back! Also, I can customize the layout of the actual browser, and add many useful plugins. If you try it now you’re sure to love the difference. Perhaps the best plugin that I have right now is Snap Links. With Snap Links, I highlight a group of links (from any website that I’m on), release the mouse, and all of those links will open up in separate tabs! Makes it easy for me to browse blogs.
InboxDollars

InboxDollars is my all-time favorite get paid program. I’ve already reached the amount to get a payout twice ($30), and received my actual checks. How much you can make with this program all depends on how much time, money, and dedication you have. If you have a lot of time, you can make money by sifting through the free offers, reading e-mail, gaining referrals, and taking surveys. If you have money, you can participate in trial programs which will charge you for shipping & handling, or sometimes only require your credit card in case you overstay your trial. You can also shop at your favorite websites through the InboxDollars referral link and get cash back! I did it for buying flowers online for Mother’s Day at Wal-Mart and not only got a discount, but cash back too!
VistaPrint

This website has a fantastic special right now! You can get 250 business cards for free! I just ordered the 250 business cards and 25 magnets for free! I only had to pay about $7 for shipping & handling between the two. It saved me wasting my colored ink, and going out to buy business card paper & I get magnets! How cool?!!
Sponsor: The University of Phoenix will replace your german english dictionary in no time at all, by teaching you a basic level course of german language. Other online schools like Walden University are also following the suit. They also teach you to translate english to spanish. You will anyways end in throwing away your german english dictionary.
