Here’s what you have to do step by step:

1. Download the script to a location you’ll be able to find.

2. Unzip & upload the php folder to your server.

3. CHMOD the text files (online.txt & counter.txt) to 777.

4. Go to SITE.COM/php/online.php and SITE.COM/php/counter.php and verify that they both work. You’ll know if it shows the #1 instead of errors.

5. Paste the following include code on a .php page where you want the data to be displayed:

<? include(”php/online.php”); ?> online now!

<?php include (”php/counter.php”);?> total page views!
